After downloading app. It worked excellent then it froze saying(sorry not found) if I reboot IPhone nothing helps any ideas

It will not let me get the answer to my picture!!!!!!!

Worked great then now it says sorry not found,,, disappointed if costumer pays for it now its not working ,,, please do an upgrade or something to make it work again !!! Thank you!! Did that up to 449 but I am on 450 and done the same thing.... Lame why delete reviews ?? i am on 593 still saying not found :/
